I'm not sure if I'm the only one who says places are cash cows due to an abundance small players/ inactives so a forum to advertise your town/ town you are in could encourage people to come and plant turf. People in the middle of nowhere could abuse this however..don't know how to get around that.

It could also encourage people looking for easy targets. It would be a good way to have your inactive players capped.

If you have a nice place where you're doing well, why would you want to crowd it up with other players?

I don't understand why you would want to "advertise" it at all. I mean if I had a town that was full of in actives and little people I would just be greedy and dominate it for myself. Also you could invite someone nasty to come and dominate the turf, including yours.

Yes. Very small. Point? Doesn't matter if an inactive is bigger than me in mob I can still tax 'em.
