How about a button to "select all" mob invites or even an option to auto- accept?

Not mine because everyone will have the same amount of mob members and we won't be able to attack other players and turfs.

Not really, this would be for invites that you currently have pending your manual approval. Instead of going and clicking "accept" on each one you could just hit "accept all" -- this does not mean that all players would automatically invite people to their mob. You may have misunderstood.
