What if there was a bank that all players could invest in and it would deal out interest, but in return, the bank could be robbed by another player and take some off the cash. Thoughts?

How bout u own a bank n smaller players pay u to protect n if u get robd u gotta pay them in full.. Lol great!

Let me change something. How about at max only 2% could be lost, and there'd be a 50% chance of being busted. How does this sound?
