How about a referral code for new players. Probably same code as an a players invite code.
If a current player recriuts a new mobster the new mobster can be asked for a referral code. If they have a referral both the new player ands the player that recruited them get something.
Rewards can be don points, henchmen, etc.

Also when a new player uses a referral code an invite should automatically be sent to the recruiter to add to mob.

If the rewards are worth it it could get people to virally promote the game.

You already get 5 points if a new player types ur code on entry. So do they

Oh I had no idea. Should be at least 30pts. Might motivate people more.
