Not aids as in the disease silly. Did I spell that right? Anyways...
Is it possible to have some sort of pop up or something the first time a new player hits the "forum" button. This pop up would give a few general rules "caution - read first to avoid being ERed or banned"
- only post codes in invite forum
- no over use of profanity
- read the threads at the top called "sticky notes" before asking for help or posting vendettas
You know, stuff like that. I think it would reduce headaches for noobs and vets. Noobs don't know wtf a sticky is. And vets did not sign a waiver promising to have patience forever.

Give it some thought :)

The term sticky is used on forums everywhere; it's not unique to this game.

This is basically a suggestion that players should read the TOS.
