The telephone that told you the last MSG the don had sent you, well a lot of the time when I LVL up I tap again because I am attacking someone multiple times and the MSG goes away. I want to see what I got for lvling!

The phone shows up only when u have a new objective. Mainly see it when your new, to help you get aquatinted with the basics. "get you started"

My phone never went away. All it does is get in my way, and hasn't given me a new message since my first couple of days.
