TOP MOBSTER list for most captures

Ok I would never get on this list but it isn't really fair that alot of us have been buying our way up the influence board and bumping down some of the greats like Tek who got up there the hard way. I really think a most captures list is the best way to bring them back without reducing the rewards for those of us who buy turfs

The only issue I see is that I have captured alot turfs over the course of time. But I have also dumped many of those turfs as well. In short if I capture 5 today then sell them off those will never be counted unless the system keeps a rolling count like fights.

It should be a list but i don't see how taking turf from players with less mob is "harder" than paying real cash for turfs. Both ways take time and skill to build up and get on the list and one way actually supports the developer in their efforts to improve the game for all. Meanwhile capping all your turfs has a better chance of pissing people off and turning them away from the game all together. Which doesn't help anyone.

capture is definately the harder choice. For one thing expanding by capture means getting stick in one spot making it harder as time goes by to get more captures. Ha haaa just putting up with the crying from people after you cap a whole one or two of their turfs warrants a gold medal in my opinion lol.

I captured because I thought that was the whole goal of the game. it never even dawned on me (nor do I have the means) to up my turf limit that much. I did raise it, initially, to dampen the blow of the constant captures in NYC. to get capped 3-5 times a day just makes you fight that much harder to survive and makes you a better player. that's why I still capture, but I don't wipe out anyone, nor do I sit and farm people in the traditional sense. (I don't like playing with my food, so to speak.)

Hunters and Travelers.
I think those are the two "types" of players. At this point anyway. I will probably switch sooner or later. Keep it fresh.
