Maybe to spice the game up, I would like to suggest that we are able to put marks on turf. The person putting the mark on, would lose all the money that the mark costs, but take control of the turf, the person winning the mark gets all the money. That way you could also have turf in other towns/cities without travelling

He is suggesting some sort of way to put a hit on a turf so someone caps it for you and gets however much the hit (or mark) costs, while the 'marker' gets the turf.

Correct, I've suggested it so it would stop total domination of one or two players in a town/city and enable you to venture into towns/cities away from yours and build interest in the game.
