How about any new players cannot be attacked for three weeks to allow them to set up and get a foot in the door? Maybe have a count down timer for it as I know this is still a problem!

Bad idea 3 weeks and I can
level up and mob up massively and if they can attack bad idea otherwise a good start

Well shall we say one week and they can't be attacked or attack another mobster?

Or any new player can not be attacked until he attacks someone. If he jumps earlie and attacks in the first day it would be his problem.

Maybe a week ... 3 is a bit much.
