I'd even like to see MORE conseqences. Like turf raids. Maybe even RICO and asset forfeiture where they take warehouses, casinos, storefronts, etc...where you actually lose them and have to buy them again.

How about in overly crowded cities where they get the advantage of fat turf incomes, occasional riots would be generated where storefronts on turf in that city are damaged and need to be repaired.

Ghetto penalties:
This is for low density cities. Have random graffiti stings where your grafitti artists get arrested and you need to buy more. It doesn't necessarily have to be all four. Your influence in that city could be a determining factor. The lower you are on the totem pole, the more of your artists get busted.

Customs Officials could warehouses at random, seizing (laundered) cash.

ATF could also raid warehouses and seize weapons. You would have to re-buy.

I disagree for the moment. It was obvious that the busted consequence was put in place to counterbalance powerful loot items. Let's see where all this takes us and what rewards could be possible for dealing with your new consequences to keep up the balance

But why what would be the point of forcing players to constantly rebuild that which they already worked for? What is the benefit in it?

I've just lost two turfs in London where my Turfs won all the fights, were maxed on protection, but were taken by someone prepared to lose to get my turfs! Surely losing upgrades bit by bit would stop this?

my problem with this is too many consequences means a big loss of income. Lower income will mean players need more turf. Since capturing is the easiest way to get more turfs. the smaller players will suffer and take up the tab

Im from a small town where there are no turfs to take, surely I'm not alone with this problem, so when I goto a larger town or city, I would at least like to see a turf last more than ten minutes before it's captured by someone!! I've 17k influence by buying turf as otherwise I wouldve stopped playing along time ago. How come I can't attack a turf for 24 hours if mine is new, but lose a new turf in mins????

So there is no point in playing in a different town/city? Wasting money on buying respect from the don to build up your turfs elsewhere?

I had full protection on my turfs and as I've said the player deliberatly lost the fights to take control of all my turfs and I couldn't do a thing about it!! And this player wouldn't have spent anywhere near what I have on this game.

Bad plan people have like over 300 to 1k turfs so ever time a turf get raid he or she need to wait for 5mins depends on how fast the page
load so a unluckly person will be spending a lot of his or her time buying back the things that got raided
