Add a brothel upgrade. It could cost 2 mil and add 16 inf making new turf max an even 100. This would unlock hookers in marketplace that you could purchase to work your turf and make more income.

I like this idea, plus I'd love to have the turfs be maxed at an even 100 inf., 84 is such an arbitrary number (as far as I know, care to explain Nick?)

I suggest 250k a hooker with a limit of 6 hookers getting a base income of $500 a hooker and the brothel getting 2k base income.
