How to get your device's UDID

Plug your device into your computer via USB/Firewire
Open up iTunes
Click on your device in the Devices menu in iTunes
In the device summary, click the text that is titled Serial Number – it should change its text to Identifier
Copy the identifier to the clipboard by choosing Edit → Copy
Paste the identifier into the Enter your device's UDID field above and choose a new password
