I really think you should copy the most important stuff (like all of the non-legal jargon, gameplay rules, etc.) into a page called "rules." I really doubt many new people will read the TOS to find the rules, and making a simpler page in addition would help a lot more people read the rules.

Well that's kind of what I'm saying. Usually when I want to find the rules of an application or website I look for a rules button. The terms of service usually isn't the only source for rules, it's usually just filled with legal stuff.
If nick hadn't posted that the TOS contained the rules I honestly would have never read it. I just don't think many people look for the TOS. -
