I have 2 turfs that are touching each other, and the one that is bordering 2 other players is making 2k more per hour than the other one, which is bordering turfs owned by 3 other players. Is this normal or is it a glitch?

Size of the turfs matters too.

More players in an area makes turf earn more. Since the income difference is only 2k, it sounds like there are a lot more than two or three players near you. It is possible that the turf making less is just past the boundary where it would benefit from another player in the area on the other side of your higher paying turf.

Or did you buy some defensive upgrades?

No upgrades. And both turfs are 84.

They are both in close proximity to 4 other players turfs.

Did you buy guards to do a mission? They'll be assigned to a turf and they have upkeep.

I seem to be having the same problem. I have dropped about $200/ hr over the last 24 hours. My individual income shown on my turf page seems to be the same, but my collective income has gone down. No new purchases or protections.
