Crashing when planting turfs

This is since the update. I'll be on the turf map with my spot picked. Hit the button for the green and when I tap to place turf...crash! Not everytime it's just random.
I have iPhone 3G 4.0.

I have the same problem. I am not on ios4, though. I only experience it in areas of high population. I think it's just an overload. Try zooming in closer before hitting the + button, to avoid loading too many "add circles".

That seems to be when it happens though. When I'm zoomed in ready to plant I hit the top rt button to get the green zones and that is when it crashes.

I've had it happen occasionally as well, but usually when I've been doing a lot of hopping or use the turf map extensively, almost as if there's like a memory overload or something. When I reload tw it works just fine again.

Plugging into iTunes won't fix the issue, but it does send valuable info about the crash to Apple so we can fix it in a future release.
