I'm a new player and some buttons don't work like accepting invites,buying tools weapons and income rais and my phone notifications in the top right-hand corner, why?

First, make sure you have version 1.61.
If you do, exit the multitask mode completely in iOS4 by hitting the home button twice and then the minus sign on TW icon. It should work after you log back in.
