First, make sure you have version 1.61.
If you do, exit the multitask mode completely in iOS4 by hitting the home button twice and then the minus sign on TW icon. It should work after you log back in.

You have to tap and hold the icons in the multi task bar first, to close them. Just like when your deleting an app. But don't worry, nothing is being deleted.

Not working here - but I do not multi task option because only got 3G phone.
Plus as per earlier post - this problem is also affecting the Top Mobster lists - when try to change from Influence menu to another option the Country option disappears.

I get that problem as well wots happening the new IPhone has got alot of explaining to do 
