When viewing a discussion, it will say 'YOU', and then the text that was entered, when it was really someone else that put in that paragraph of words. Glitch in the system?

That's possible in some cases But this also happens; let's say Jim says something, and Nancy quotes it. Where it should say 'Jim' it will say 'YOU'

It happens when someone quotes themselves.
